According to a report on child well-being around the world, children in the Netherlands rank among the happiest in the world. True as that may be, it doesn’t necessarily reflect the situation regarding the rights of all children in the Netherlands. How does the Netherlands fare in terms of respecting children’s rights, especially when it comes to equality? Which policy measures are taken by the Dutch government to guarantee the rights of children in a vulnerable position? Johan Kruip, UNICEF Specialist on Children’s Rights, will answer all these questions and more during our next Conscious Coffee Moment.
